By accessing or using any PepuLock product or service, including but not limited to the PepuLock Token Locker, Vesting Protocol, CKOMFARM, PSWAP, and PBOT, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use any PepuLock product or platform.

2. Description of Services

PepuLock provides a range of blockchain-based utilities and tools built for transparency, accessibility, and innovation. These services include but are not limited to:

All PepuLock products are designed to operate independently through smart contracts, which are executed automatically without any manual intervention from the PepuLock team.

3. Eligibility

To use PepuLock services, you must be of legal age according to your country's laws and capable of entering into legally binding agreements. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of PepuLock complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws.

4. User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for their own actions when interacting with PepuLock utilities. PepuLock provides autonomous smart contracts that operate transparently on supported blockchains. Once a transaction or lock is executed, it cannot be reversed or modified.

You are responsible for safeguarding your wallet information, private keys, and any tokens used on our platform. PepuLock and its team do not have access to user wallets, keys, or tokens.

5. Fees and Payments

All PepuLock products operate on a transparent and fixed fee structure.

• The PepuLock Token Locker and Vesting Protocol charge a one-time fee equivalent to ten United States dollars in the native token of the blockchain used.
• PSWAP, CKOMFARM, and PBOT may include separate transaction or service fees that are clearly displayed prior to each use.
• Fees are non-refundable and collected to maintain, secure, and improve PepuLock's decentralized infrastructure.

PepuLock does not charge any percentage from locked or vested tokens. All transactions are handled directly through verified smart contracts.

6. Security and Audits

PepuLock's smart contracts have been independently audited by recognized third-party security firms. Each product, including PSWAP, CKOMFARM, and PBOT, undergoes internal review and continuous monitoring to ensure maximum security and transparency.

While PepuLock takes every precaution to secure its ecosystem, users must understand that blockchain transactions are irreversible, and interacting with decentralized systems carries inherent risk.

7. No Custodial Control

• PepuLock does not hold or manage user funds.
• All actions, including locking, vesting, staking, or swapping, are executed through decentralized smart contracts.
• Once a transaction is confirmed, the smart contract operates independently, and PepuLock cannot access, modify, or retrieve locked or staked assets.

8. Disclaimer of Liability

PepuLock provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain secure, uninterrupted, and accurate service, we cannot guarantee that PepuLock will always be free of errors or interruptions.

PepuLock is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental loss arising from the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to losses caused by blockchain network issues, wallet errors, user mistakes, or third-party exploits.

9. Future Developments and Upgrades

PepuLock continuously evolves and may introduce new features, updates, or utilities. By continuing to use the platform, you agree to receive and be bound by all future updates and upgrades to these terms as they are published on the official PepuLock website.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the PepuLock website, including text, code, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the intellectual property of PepuLock. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any material without prior written permission from PepuLock.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European jurisdiction under which PepuLock is registered.

Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts within that region.
